# How do I remove an item from my "Never" list?

If you’ve accidentally added an item to your “Never” list, or want to broaden your eating horizons, you can always remove the item from your “Never” list directly from the “My Food Preferences” section of your account.

### To remove an item from your “Never” list:

  

Step 1: Go to "[My Food Preferences](https://www.imperfectfoods.com/account/food-preferences)" under the "My Account" menu, located above the "My Profile" option

Step 2: Select the "Never List" tab to the far right, next to the "Liked List"

Step 3: Locate the item you'd like to remove from your "Never List"

Step 4: Select the "Remove" button, indicated by the trash can icon

Once you've successfully removed an item from your "Never List", you'll see a banner in the top right corner that reads "Moved back to your Neutral List."
